View Funeral Webcast Adam Eugene Petty, 41, building contractor associated with Bill Baldwin Construction Company and resident of Columbia Rock Products Road, died Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Billy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Survivors include his mother, Margaret Daniels Petty of Columbia; son, James Adam Petty of Mooresville; mother of his son, Tammy Petty of Mooresville; brother, Ross (Missy) Petty of Spring Hill; and niece, Ashley Petty of Spring Hill. He was preceded in death by his father, James Lewis Petty; brother, Lewis Wayne Petty; maternal grandparents, Gracy and Claude Daniels; and paternal grandparents, Hattie and Herchel Petty. Active pallbearers are Monty Uptain, Tim Duncan, Michael Duncan, Tim Isabell, Andy Sanders, and Shane Petty. Honorary pallbearers include Jimmy Bryant, Bill Baldwin, Buddy Baldwin, and Joe Johnson.
