Betty was the cherished daughter of Charles Jackson and the late Lois Jackson. As a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she found immense pride and joy in her family. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Ken Eubank and her daughter Lori Eubank (Troy) Rubert. Her spirit lives through her beloved grandchildren, Caleb (Hope) Rubert and Mackenzie (Bayley) Marks, and her adored great-grandchildren, Salem Rubert and Maverick Marks who knew her as "Gram". She embraced this role with a heart full of warmth and an ever-present sense of love, creating cherished memories to span generations.

In addition, she is survived by her brother Mike (Debra) Jackson, her niece Katie (Robert) Smartt, her great nieces Wynnslee, Izzy and Gracie, and Cousins Jerry (Vickie) Philpot, and Angie Philpot.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Rogers Jackson; her great-grandson, Dexter Kyle Rubert; her niece, Samantha Jackson Shrieve; and her beloved pet, Zoey. Each of these losses left a lasting impression on her kind heart.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Rubert, Bayley Marks, Jerry Philpot, Bo Scott, Robert Smartt, and William Osborn.

Those who were fortunate enough to know her closely knew she loved to work in her flower garden. Betty had a special knack for making people feel loved, whether she was showering her family with home-cooked meals, thoughtful gifts, precious family heirlooms, or sharing laughter with family and friends. Her presence was a constant source of comfort and connection.

May the memories of Betty “Gram” bring peace and smiles to all who loved her, serving as a beautiful reminder of the lasting bonds of family.
