Billie Ann Skelley

Billie Ann Litton Skelley, 80, homemaker and resident of Gaskill Branch Road, died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Life Care Center of Columbia. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Muston officiating. Burial will follow in Knob Creek Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the charity of your choice. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Hickman County native was the daughter of the late Herman Buford Litton and Norine Primm Litton. On May 1, 1954 she married Clyde Walker Skelley who survives. She was a member of Knob Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Ricky Skelley of Santa Fe; Dennis Skelley of Chapel Hill; one grandchild, Benjamin (Megan) Skelley of Chapel Hill; and several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Benjamin Skelley, Ronnie Skelley, Tim Skelley, Mike Wall, David Wall, and Richard Warf. Honorary pallbearers will include Brian Warf, Robert Wall, Josh Wall, Dustin Skelley, Connie Warf, Jewell & J. W. Shouse, and members of Knob Creek Baptist Church.
