MR. BOB ROBERTS Mr. Robert C. "Bob" Roberts, III, 51, former sales manager at Sarge's Cycles, died Wednesday, September 18, 2002, at his residence on South Main St. in Spring Hill. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. David Sawyer officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The Maury County native was the son of Juanita Blackburn Roberts of Spring Hill and the late Robert Cassius Roberts, II. He was a 1969 graduate of Central High School. In addition to his mother he is survived by two sons, Michael Roberts and Shannon James Faun both of Columbia; four aunts, Evelyn Morton of Spring Hill, Margaret Vincion, Fannie Mae Hood and Betty Blackburn all of Columbia; two uncles James (Nell) Blackburn of Columbia, Jack Roberts of Nashville; and several cousins. Pallbearers will be Shannon Faun, James Blackburn, Tony Blackburn, Tommy Blackburn, Ronnie Blackburn, Henry Harris, Neil Goodman, Buzz Morton and Billy Morton. Honorary pallbearers will be friends.
