Charlotte Ann Chumley Ledford

View Funeral WebcastCharlotte Ann Chumley Ledford, 78, former resident of Naydolin Drive, died Friday, January 8, 2010 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 12:00 Noon at Oakes & Nichols with Rev. Steve Swango officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Albert Arthur Chumley and Jewell Rummage Chumley. She was a member of Blue Springs Freewill Baptist Church. She was married January 25, 1950 to Clifton Ray Ledford, who died September 24, 2006. Survivors include four sons, Steven Ray Ledford of Cleveland, Ohio, Billy (Janice) Ledford, Michael (Kimberly White) Ledford, and Kevin (Rhonda Webb) Ledford, all of Columbia; grandchildren, Jennifer Ledford, Jeremy (Stephanie) Ledford, Holly Ledford Gibson, Tia Ledford (Sean) Goff, Seth Ledford, Troy Hargrove, Rae Ann (John Filson) Ledford, and Tiffani White; great-grandchildren, Shelby Ledford, Stetson Ledford, Gabrielle Mayo, Mison Gibson, Hunter Hargrove, Hannah Hargrove, Shane Carter, Gage Carter, and Kayla Norman; sisters, Margaret Roberts and Lorene Norman; and a brother, Ed (Jean) Chumley; sisters-in-law, Grace Chumley and Jean Chumley of Goodlettsville; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Evelyn "Dunk" Crigger and Elsie Chumley and brothers, Frank Chumley, Gene Chumley, Bobby Chumley, and Albert Arthur Chumley, Jr. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
