View Video TributeView Funeral Webcast Connie Lynn Crigger Blackburn, 50, private child care provider and resident of Sioux Trail, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Oakes & Nichols with Randy Kersey and Joe Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Scribner's Mill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 1864, Columbia, TN 38402. The Maury County native was the daughter of Betty Brown Crigger of Columbia and the late Ewell Crigger, Sr. She was a 1979 graduate of Culleoka High School. She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of twenty-eight years, Charles Ricky Blackburn of Columbia; two daughters, Brittany Blackburn and Kari Blackburn, both of Columbia; one grandchild, Noah Blackburn of Columbia; three sisters, Carol (Billy) Andrews of Columbia; Betsy (Zack) Caperton of Santa Fe; Doris (Doug) Smith of Spring Hill; three brothers, Ewell (Aleli) Crigger, Jr. of Pacifica, California; Bill Crigger of Columbia; Robert (Donna) Crigger of Lynnville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by infant daughter Hollie Nicholle Blackburn. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
