Cynthia Ruth Hill

Cynthia Ruth "Cyndi" Hill, 43, long-time babysitter, died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her residence on Knox Court. A memorial service will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Pastor Steve Swango officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and was a member of Loyal Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She loved all children and was an avid reader. Survivors include her mother, Shirley Spires Bunting of Columbia; step-father, Ronald Bunting of Pennsylvania; daughter, Haley Lynn Hill (fiancé Owen Woodard) of Columbia; son, Daniel Austin Hill (fiancé Autumn Jeffries) of Linden; an unborn grandchild; sister, Carol Lynn (Allan) Gillis; niece, Savanna Jade Gillis; several cousins. Honorary pallbearers include members of Loyal Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
