View Video Tribute Davey M. Fowler, 41, self-employed mechanic and resident of Fitzpatrick Road in Culleoka, died Monday, February 18, 2013 at St. Thomas Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Ring Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4 - 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com. A native of Cleveland, Tennessee he was the son of Betty Savage Wales of Culleoka and the late M.L. Fowler. Mr. Fowler loved his children and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Glendale United Methodist Church. In addition to his mother survivors include his wife Megan Rae Secrest Fowler of Culleoka whom he married February 14, 2006; children, Kari Ervin of Clarksville, Christopher Riggins, Brent Davis, Brittany Davis, Hannah Boaz all of Columbia, Faith Fowler, Harley Fowler, Heather Grace Fowler, Hadley Fowler, Hayden Davey Fowler all of Culleoka; sisters, Vickie Marie Fowler Walls of Culleoka, Lisa Smith and Stephanie Smith both of Cleveland; brothers, Monty (Mary) Fowler and Stevie (Christy) Fowler both of Columbia; and grandchildren, Anthony Rivera, Jaylon Rivera, Christian Garcia, Alejandra Rivera; fifteen nieces and nephews; and thirteen great nieces and great nephews. Active pallbearers will be Monty Fowler, Ryan McCully, William Rich, Brandon Fowler, Ronnie Dixon, Joseph Ervin, Mark Savage and Keith Tomlinson. Honorary pallbearers include Adam Greene, Clayton Secrest, Mark McKinney, Marty Ragsdale, Howard Roberson, and all his nephews.
