View Funeral WebcastMrs. Debbie Lynn Keene Watson, 66, resident of Southport Road in Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center.Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols with Jerry Elder officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 12:00 P.M. to service time at the funeral home. The Sullivan County, Indiana native was the daughter of the late Myrle Keene and Jane Parker Keene. Mrs. Watson was a homemaker, an avid animal lover and a member of Spencer Hill Church of Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter and her two dogs. Survivors include her husband, Paul Watson, whom she married June 1975; daughter, Amy (Mike) Lindsey of Columbia; son, Daniel Watson of Mt. Pleasant; granddaughter, Ashlyn Lindsey of Columbia; sister-in-law, Nancy Price; nephews, Richard (Deona) Price and Jonathan (Danna) Price. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include Glen & Pearl Lumpkins, Clyde & Nancy Frost, and Bee Lawson.
