Debbie was born on November 26, 1956, in Maury County to the late Joe Waymon Andrews and the late Sue Carolyn Dugger Andrews. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Mark) Ward; grandson, Ethan Spoon; Brother, Edward (Janet) Andrews, all of Culleoka; nieces, Jessica (Devin) Bradford of Dickson, TN, and Julie (Brett) Ballinger of Oakland, TN; nephew, Steven (Amanda) Andrews of Murfreesboro, TN; great nieces, Emily Bradford, Riley Ballinger, and Kinsley Ballinger; and great nephew; Connor Ballinger. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A devoted Christian woman, Debbie was a member of the Culleoka Church of Christ. She loved the Bible, her family, game shows and snowmen. Her relationship with the Lord was not performative, it was lived daily in the way she served God, her family and the community. She was a beloved mother, and "Grandma" to many. She helped raise her grandson, Ethan, instilling in him a foundation of love that will never leave him. Life was not always easy, but she never backed down from the hard things. She met trials of lie with grace, pain with faith and every ending with the belief that God would meet her at the door. Debbie retired from Teledyne AES in 2021 after a 43-year long career as a stockroom clerk. There she met many lifelong friends who will miss her dearly.
Active pallbearers will be James Dugger, Clay Dugger, Ethan Spoon, Andrew Garland, Austin Toone, and Zach Brannon. Honorary pallbearers will include all the Dugger cousins.
