Donna Faye Sisk Dial, 71, retired receptionist at Dr. Woodard’s dental office and resident of Darks Mill Road in Columbia, passed away on November 28, 2025, at her residence.
Visitation will be conducted on Wednesday from 4-7 at Oakes and Nichols. A service will be conducted Thursday, 10:00 am at Oakes and Nichols. The service will be officiated by Jeremy Butt. The burial will follow at Adkison Cemetery in Santa Fe.

Born February 6, 1954 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Donald Eugene Sisk and Alma Potts Sisk. She was the loving wife of Walter Dean Dial, whom she married on April 25th, 1987. Donna was a member of The North View Church of Christ. She loved taking care of her family, was an avid volunteer within her church community, and was involved in too many charitable activities to list.
Survivors include her husband Walter Dean Dial; mother, Alma Sisk of Columbia; sons Eric (Lauren) Dial of Columbia, Scotty (Lisa) Dial of Columbia; grandchildren Shelby Dial of Chapel Hill, Ava Dial of Columbia, and Harper Dial of Columbia; brother-in-law Andy Dial of Santa Fe; sister-in-law Annette Johnson of Texas.
Active pallbearers will be Jason Kelly, Brayden Smith, Ronnie Meredith, Luc Edwards, Hendley Edwards, Tim Lee, and Marty Tyree.
Honorary pallbearers include AT&T Telephone Pioneers, Dr. Andy Woodard, and Members of the North View Church of Christ.
