Dorothy Barham Kelley

Mrs. Dorothy Christine Barham Kelley, 89, retired employee for Weather Tamer and resident of Baker Road in Columbia, died Friday, January 22, 2016 at Signature Health Care. Graveside services will be conducted Monday at 1:00 P.M. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Chaplin Donna Stewart officiating. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Fulton County, Kentucky native was the daughter of the late John Barham and Estella Cole Barham. On December 18, 1943 she married Rufus Morgan "R.M." Kelley and their 60 year marriage ended with his death June 15, 2004. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, painting, and gardening. Mrs. Kelley was a member of Central Christian Church. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sons, Dale Morgan Kelley and John Travis Kelley, Sr.
