Faye Rich Bain Donahoo

Faye Rich Bain Donahoo, 83, retired employee of National Bank of Commerce in Birmingham, Alabama and resident of Poplar Estates, died Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City, Alabama with Rev. Donald Dendy officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Crest Cemetery in Irondale, Alabama. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. at Kilgroe Funeral Home, 2219 Second Avenue North, Pell City, Alabama. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. A native of Pell City, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Robert Newt Rich and Annie Hindsman Rich. On November 15, 1948, she married Robert Walter Bain who preceded her in death on January 30, 1983. She was a graduate of Pell City High School. Mrs. Bain enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, traveling and reading. She was a member of Arbor Baptist Church in Pell City, Alabama. Survivors include her daughter, Regina (Hubert) Cheek of Columbia; her son, Leslie R. (Anna) Bain of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Jami Cetrulo, Patrick Fadely, Mitchell Bain; great grandchildren, Payton Cetrulo and Gracie Cetrulo; niece, Annette Williams; and nephew, Bob Pemberton. She was preceded in death by sisters, Edna Pemberton and Loneta Rich; and brothers, Clarence Rich and Charles "Shaver" Rich. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
