View Video TributeMrs. Florence Ruby Webb Pollock, 84, homemaker and resident of Blythe Circle, died Sunday, August 18, 2013 at NHC Hillview.Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Ezell Rose officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Jessie Webb and Ruby Scribner Webb. She was married to John Edward Pollock who preceded her in death on January 25, 1997. Mrs. Pollock was a member of Highland Church of Christ.Survivors include two daughters, Ruth (Jimmy) Daniels of Spring Hill, and Cathey Underwood of Murfreesboro; son, Ronnie (Connie) Pollock of Lewisburg; five grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Daniels of Columbia, Martianne (Jeremy) Oden of Spring Hill, Michelle Shrum of Belfast, John (Loretta) Pollock of Lewisburg, and Jennifer (Grant) Hillis of Murfreesboro; nine great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara (Billy) Gowan of Columbia and Edna Waters of Columbia; brother, Johnny (Christine) Webb of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son-in-law, Terry Underwood; brother, J.B. Webb; sister, Mildred Minor; and brother-in-law James Waters. Active pallbearers will be Chris Daniels, John Pollock, Grant Hillis, Jeremy Oden, Kenneth Gowan, Jimmy Waters, Larry Osborne, Randy Rose and Steve Webb. Honorary pallbearers include Glen Rose, Dr. Gaylon Harris, Nelson Webb, Marvin Osborne, Ronnie Tucker, Friends of the Senior Citizens, Members of Scribner's Mill Church of Christ and Highland Church of Christ.
