Frances Boyd Weaver

Frances Boyd Weaver, age 93, former resident of Country Club Lane, died Friday, January 2, 2015 at Tennova Hospital in Knoxville. A private graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. She was the daughter of the late Benton Boyd and Edith Perry Boyd. After graduating from Columbia Central High School in 1939, she attended Cumberland College. Survivors include her daughters, Pamela Weaver (Joe) Scannella and Jeanne Weaver (Charlie) Horton, both of Knoxville; grandchildren, Leah (Donald) Rawson of Alabama, Meredith Scannella of Nashville; and Justin (Eileen) Canup of Knoxville; great grandchildren, Jacob Rawson and Olivia Rawson, both of Alabama and Ava Canup and Owen Canup, both of Knoxville.
