Grace Collier Cothron

Bertha Mae Grace Collier Cothron, 95, resident of East 9th Street, died Monday, December 15, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center. A private graveside service will be conducted at Rose Hill Cemetery with Mrs. Cothron's nephew, Allen Barrett, officiating. A native of Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late William Wallace Collier and Stella Short Collier. On July 12, 1947 she married William Lon Cothron who preceded her in death on October 13, 1981. She was retired from Dixie Manufacturing and was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her sister, June Collier King of Columbia and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Forrest Collier, Marguerite Carvell, Marie Mullins, Frances Giles, Dorothy Davis and John Collier.
