Imogene Holt

Mrs. Imogene Bryant Holt, 82, died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at her residence on West Hardin Dr. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Cross Bridges Cemetery with Rev. Mark Sartain officiating. The family will visit with friends Monday from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late John Hardin Bryant and Katherine Berry Bryant. On April 2, 1950 she married Marvin Tilman Holt, Jr. who preceded her in death May 31, 1998. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church. Survivors include her son, Dwight (Robin) Holt of Columbia; grandchildren, Delanie (Darryl) Haywood of Mt. Pleasant, Breanna (Garrett Munn) Holt and Amanda Holt both of Columbia; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Haywood and Preston Haywood, both of Mt. Pleasant, Kaiden Munn of Columbia; sister, Martha Snedegar of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. She was preceded in death by two sons, David Holt and Danny Holt.
