View Video Tribute Jackie Walton Connelly, 63, retired machinist at Union Carbide/Graftech Corporation, died Saturday, September 5, 2015 at his residence on Taylor Road. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Brother Artie Collins and Kevin Connelly officiating. Burial wlll be in Easley Cemetery in Hickman County. The family will visit with friends Monday from 11:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. The Maury County native was the son of the late Paul Milton Connelly and Emma Rosetta Beard Connelly and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his sisters, Linda Connelly Gandee of Keller, Texas and Wanda Connelly (Mike) Collins of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers, James (Mitsey) Connelly of Santa Fe and Ray (Linda) Connelly of Columbia; finacee` Kathy Jones of Columbia; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Connelly. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
