Jane Poole Warren, 88, peacefully passed away Saturday, December 28, 2012 at her residence in Madison surrounded by her loving family. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, where funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. with her son-in-law, Wendell Robinson, officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Goodlettsville. Her nephews will serve as active pallbearers with Paul King serving as honorary pallbearer. Mrs. Warren was a member of Jackson Park Church of Christ and for a number of years she and her husband were owners and operators of a children's clothing store, The Clothes Lion in Madison. Survivors include her children Roy "Randy" (Debbie) Warren of Cross Plains, Wanda (Wendell) Robinson of Columbia, and Pam (Ron) Nimmo of Goodlettsville; nine grandchildren, including Christopher Robinson, Stephanie Butterfield, and Warren Robinson, all of Columbia; seventeen great-grandchildren; and best friend, Lucille Glover. Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Warren; parents, Forrest Poole and Lelan Hancock Poole; and sister, Nancy Poole Curl.
