Caughran of Cary, Illinois and James Hal Caughran; grandsons, Joshua Caughran, Jacob Caughran, Jason (Kiesha) DeShong, Brandon (Molly Nolen) DeShong, and Joshua DeShong; great-grandson, Gage DeShong; and several cousins, including Hal (Audrey) Morgan of Columbia.
