Jerry Dwight Hunter

Mr. Jerry Dwight Hunter, 62, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at his residence on Brannon Court. The Maury County native was the son of the late Rev. Jesse Lee Hunter and Clora Annie Graves Hunter. He was formerly married to Molly Kinslow Hunter of Lawrenceburg.He was a graduate of Santa Fe High School. A very talented pianist, Jerry was associated with several gospel music groups throughout his lifetime. Survivors include his children, Michael Andrew Hunter of Murfreesboro and Sarah Kate (Justin) Douglass of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by a sister, Imogene Hunter. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home.
