June Lewan Scott Summitt

June Lewan Scott Summitt, 83, retired property manager, died Saturday, June 11, 2001 at Claiborne-Hughes Center in Franklin. Born in Texas, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy Scott and Grace Scott, a graduate of Greenville High School, and a member of the United Methodist Church. Her husband, Charles D. Summitt, died January 1, 2009. Survivors include daughters, Cecelia (Michael Snider) Strange of Nashville and Sherry Ollie of Goodlettsville; grandchildren, Jeffrey Strange of Scottsdale, Arizona and David Putman of San Antonio, Texas. Services will be conducted at a later date.
