Mr. Lawman Frank Palmer, Jr., 85, resident of Columbia, died Sunday, March 6, 2022 at his residence. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born on April 11, 1936 in Atlanta, Georgia he was the son of the late Lawman Frank Palmer, Sr. and the late Virginia Browning Palmer. Mr. Palmer was a retired art professor from the University of Northern Alabama. He is survived by his husband, Charles Emler of Columbia.
