Lucille Fern Etes Marcy

Lucille Fern Etes Marcy, 88, retired from Flowerwood & Shram Nursery in Crystal Lake, Illinois, died Saturday, November 21, 2009 at her residence in Rosewood Manor. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family. No services are scheduled presently. She was the daughter of the late Aaron and Fern Etes and lived her entire life in Illinois until most recently when she moved to Columbia to be near family due to decling health. She was a member of First Congregational Church. Survivors include a son, Dennis (Sandy) Marcy of Canastota, New York; grandsons, Daniel (Tina) Marcy of Columbia, Troy (Teresa) Marcy of Lewisburg, Matthew (Tracy) Marcy of Lynnville, and Jerry Krahn of Wisconsin; great-grandson, Trevor Marcy of Columbia; two step-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johney Carl Marcy, Sr. on August 20, 2000; a daughter, Dorothy Marcy; a son, Johney Carl Marcy, Jr.; and several sisters and brothers
