Margaret Elizabeth Addison Roberts

View Funeral Webcast Margaret Elizabeth Addison Roberts, 89, retired from the sample department at CPS in Franklin and resident of Jackson Street in Spring Hill, died Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Milton Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Haynes Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. She was preceded in death be her husband, Earl Moore Roberts, Sr. on May 4, 1970; and sons, Earl Moore Roberts, Jr., Bobby Roberts, and Thomas Roberts. Survivors include daughters, Betty June (James) Coleman of Chapel Hill and Peggy Lee (Ralph) Way of Robertsdale, Alabama; sons, Charles Ray (Gloria) Roberts of Summertown, J. V. (Judy) Roberts of Lynnville, and Billy Joe (LaNelle) Roberts of Lewisburg; 23 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
