View Video TributeMarilyn Doris Emmons Prim, 72, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at her residence on Ella West Circle in Lynnville. A graveside service will be conducted Friday at 2:00 p.m. EST at Campbell Memorial Gardens in LaFollette. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home and Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Martin-Wilson Funeral Home in LaFollette. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Montgomery, Indiana native was the daughter of the late Claude Emmons and Gladys Parke Emmons. On October 14, 1983 she married Robert Ray Prim who preceded her in death on June 24, 2005. Mrs. Prim was employed as a Secretary by the State of Tennessee Fire Marshall's Office. She loved life and was a caregiver to the known and unknown and loved sharing her love for the Lord. Survivors include her daughter, Windy Reyes of Lynnville; sons, Lyle George (Carolyn) Rardon, II of Clinton, Gabriel Scott Rardon of Lynnville; step-son, Bobby (Shirley) Prim of Fairview; brothers, Malcomb (Christina) Emmons, David (Wanda) Emmons both of Lafayette, Indiana; sisters, Ramona (Jose) McCarty of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina, Phyllis Emmons of Lafayette, Indiana; grandchildren, Gabriel Scott Rardon, II of Lynnville, Scott Lyle Ballard of Knoxville, Jessica Leigh Valley and Summitt Margaret Layrd both of Old Hickory, Jerrod Robert Prim of Fairview; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Claudia Emmons.
