Mark Allen Nolte

Mark Allen Nolte, age 60 of Columbia, passed away Thursday October 7, 2021. Mark was born November 6, 1960 in Munich, Germany to the late Bill and Vera Lee Greenway Nolte. Mark lived with Independent Opportunities, Inc. in Columbia for over 20 years, he loved to visit places where he could see animals like the zoo and aquarium. Mark loved to eat, take long rides, music, water and the outdoors. He especially loved people and would hold hands with those close to him for a very long time. Private burial will be 2pm October 15, 2021 at Dunnavant Cemetery. Family and close family friends are invited. A public Memorial Service will be 2pm Monday October 18, 2021 at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home in Columbia.
