View Graveside Webcast Mildred Davidson Craig, 83, retired from Alford's Pharmacy in Lewisburg, died Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at her residence on B. Kerr Road in the Culleoka Community. Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 12:00 noon at Friendship Cemetery in Culleoka with Hueston Marshall officiating. She attended schools in the Fountain Heights and Culleoka communities and was a member of Scribner's Mill Church of Christ. She was first married to Robert Harold Wright who died January 26, 1972 and later married Thomas Edward LaCroix who died March 4, 1979. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, David M. "Jack" Craig of Columbia, whom she married August 15, 1981; daughters, Judy (Jimmy) Mathis and Nancy (Charles) Osborne; step-sons, David (Sheila) Craig of Columbia and W. Dale Craig of Culleoka; grandchildren, Robert Osborne, Rachel Osborne (Scott) Luna, Jimbo Mathis, Staff Sgt. Will (Wendy) Craig, Chelsea Craig (Josh) Grooms, Jake Craig; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Osborne, Katelyn Luna, Gaston Luna, Kaylee Prinz, Bryson Craig; sisters-in-law, Mary Davidson and Edna Davidson of Columbia; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Virginia Cole, Olive Eddlemon, and Ruth Foster; and brothers, Eugene Davidson, William Davidson, Elvin "Churn" Davidson, and J. V. Davidson. Active pallbearers are Jerry Davidson, James Cole, Ray Cole, Ricky Davidson, Junior Davidson, Jimmy Davidson, Jay Davidson, Kenny Foster, and Blaine Burgett. Honorary pallbearers include Dr. John Simmons, Cindy Farmer, special caregiver, Ashlyn Harber, and Culleoka Fire Department volunteers.
