View Funeral Webcast Eunice Pugh Harrison, 98, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at her residence in Killen, Alabama. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Elmer Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 12:00 noon until time of service at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Hughes B. Pugh and Sallie Love Pugh. She attended Hampshire school. In 1927 she married William H. Harrison, Sr. who preceded her in death November 15, 1984. Later she married Eugene Ringenberg who also preceded her in death. She was a former employee of Holloway's Dress Shop and Wilma's Fashions in Columbia. Mrs. Harrison was a long-time member of West Seventh Street Church of Christ and was currently a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Alabama. Survivors include her sons, William H. (Glenda) Harrison of Linden and John R. Harrison of Killen, Alabama; granddaughters Rhonda Dickens of Texas, Michelle (Phouton) Khamphilavong of New Iberia, Louisiana, Heather (Richard) Dunn of Culleoka; grandsons Ricky (Rita) Harrison of Dickson, Johnathan Harrison of Columbia; eight great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by all seven of her brothers and sisters, Paul Pugh, Once Pugh, Fred Pugh, James Pugh, Alma Fleming, Sarah Hand and Katherine Williams. Friends and family members will serve as pallbearers.
