Mrs Katherine Breazeale Algood

Mrs. Katherine Breazeale Algood, 81, longtime resident of Philadelphia, Mississippi, died Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Alterra Sterling House where she and her husband had just recently moved. Funeral services will be conducted at a later date in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with local arrangements. She was a homemaker and member of First Church of God in Philadelphia, Mississppi. Survivors include her husband, Charles Elmer Algood of Columbia; three sons, Cary D. Algood of Waldorf, Maryland, David L. Algood of Jennings, Louisiana, James A. Algood of Columbia; sister, Mavis Ingram of Philadelphia, Mississippi; brother, O.D. "Pete" Breazeale of Collinsville, Mississippi; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
