Patricia Ann Dodson Nance

Mrs. Patricia Ann "Patsy" Dodson Nance, 66, retired lab technician at Williamson Medical Center, died Monday, December 5, 2011 at her residence on Imperial Drive. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Dawson, Senior Pastor Billy Kimbrough, and Senior Pastor Dr. Steve Livengood officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4 - 6:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home and Sunday from 2 - 3:00 p.m. at the church. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late A.G. Dodson and Helen Marguerite Craig Dodson. She was a 1963 graduate of Central High School and later graduated with a degree to become a lab technician. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Columbia. Survivors include her husband Larry Nance whom she married February 10, 1979; one son, Christopher Nance of Arcadia, California; two daughters, Renae (Greg) Vernon of Valrico, Florida; Jennifer (Aaron) Vannasse of Lutz, Florida; and six grandchildren, Brandon Vernon, Bailey Vernon, Darrynn Vannasse, Zachary Vannasse, Ethan Vannasse, and Emma Vannasse.
