Regina Lynn Bain Cheek, 71, retired bookkeeper, and resident of Columbia, died Saturday, April 19, 2025 at The Reserve at Spring Hill.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Tonya Marks officiating. Burial will follow in Morton Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday, April 25, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Born August 10, 1953 in Leeds, AL, she was the daughter of the late Robert Walter Bain and the late Annie Faye Rich Bain. Mrs. Cheek was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting. Above all, she loved the Lord and her grandchildren. Mrs. Cheek was a member of Maury Hills Church.

Regina is survived by her son, Dr. Patrick Fadely (Tallulah Gill); daughter, Jami Fadely Williams (CW3 Michael B. Gibson); grandson, ABE2 (AW/SW) Payton A. Cetrulo and his wife, Julia; granddaughter and her husband, Senior Airman Katheryn G. and Jacob Sooter; stepson, SFC (Ret.) James C. Fadely and his wife, Crystal ; great grandson, Jasper Grady Cetrulo; great granddaughter, Millie Grace Sooter; brother, Les Bain and his wife, Anna; nephew, Mitchell Bain and his wife, Tori; and many precious friends and church family.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
