Rickey Wayne Davidson

Rickey Wayne Davidson, 65, beloved partner, father, brother, grandfather and friend died Thursday, August 21, 2025 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Rickey was born on August 30, 1959 in Maury County, TN to the late William Lloyd Davidson, Sr. and the late Brownie Mae Moser Davidson. He graduated from Culleoka High School in 1977, owned and operated K & K Towing for several years and was a founding member of the Shady Grove Volunteer Fire Department and a first responder. Rickey loved dancing, golfing, gardening, visiting state parks and exploring new places.

Survivors include his life partner, Rosemarie Cothran of Mt. Pleasant; daughter, Kayla (Mark McWilliams) Kelley of Columbia; two sisters, Linda (Edward) Fitzgerald of Columbia, Janice (Charlie) Wilson of Lewisburg; brother, William Lloyd (Susie) Davidson, Jr. of Lynnville; granddaughter, Kinsley McWilliams of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews.
