View Funeral Webcast Ruby Burns Sisk Johnson, 88, a resident of Maury county TN, died Monday Oct 31, 2022 in NHC Columbia. Funeral services will be held at Oakes & Nichols on Thursday at 10:00 with burial services to follow at Cross Bridges Cemetery, with a visitation on Wednesday from 4-8 P.M. Born August 4. 1934 in Maury County TN to the late Jessie Burns Sisk, and the late Margret Holt. Ruby was a retired LPN nurse, homemaker, and she worked at Wal-mart. She was married the late Narvell Justice Johnson Jr. She was a member of the Mt. Wesley Nazarine church. Survivors include her children, Michael Johnson (Gail), Mitchell Johnson (Sharon), and Susan Winnans (James). Eight grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to friends Ann Vandiver, and Atlas Barnsfather. She was preceeded in death by her parents Jessie and Margret, husband Narvell, Brother Butch Sisk, granddaughter Stephanie Johnson and grandson Chad Wiles. Pallbearers include: Brandon Sparkman, Joey Peden, Adam Johnson, Noah Sparkman, Lonnie Lyles, Jimmy Massey, Gary Wayne Holt, Charles Holt, and Tracy Osborne. Honorary pallbearers include: Hannah Smith, Elton and Sharon Sisk, past and present employees of NHC Columbia, past and present employees of Wal-mart, Dr. Charles Ball, and caregivers, Shelia Byrd and Laura Sparkman.
