Ruth Bumgarner Inman

Mrs. Ruth Bumgarner Inman, 94, retired payroll supervisor for the Harlingen, Texas School System, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at her residence in Lilburn, Georgia. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship Cemetery in the Culleoka Community with Rev. Frank Smith officiating. The family will visit with friends at graveside. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. Born in Lexington, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Donan Bumgarner and Ella Biggs Bumgarner. She was married March 24, 1946 to Clyde Inman of Maury County. Mr. Inman preceded her in death January 6, 1964. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Media Inman Erwin of Columbia; nieces, Marlene (Ralph) Ritter of Boulder, Colorado, Anita Brown of Lilburn, Georgia, and Dolores Brown of San Antonio, Texas; great-niece, Melanie Holt of Corona, California and great-nephew, Todd Brown of Lilburn, Georgia; several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
