Sallee Denise Haeffner Couch, 42, died Tuesday at her residence in the Hampshire Community. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Presbyterian Church with Rev. Arch Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Churchyard. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols. She was a member of Christ Community Church in Franklin. Survivors include her husband, Montie Patton Couch of Hampshire; parents, Arden and Marilyn Sanford Haeffner of Dayton, Wyoming; children, Adeline Couch, Madison Couch, Gabriel Couch, Esther Couch, Soloman Couch, and Samson Couch; brothers and sisters, Bradley (Kathy) Haeffner of Springfield, Missouri,Timothy Haeffner of Nashville, Michele (Mike) Blumenshine of Bellingham, Washington, and Ruth Ann (Nate) Purtzer of Guatemala City, Guatemala; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Kate Couch of Columbia; several nieces and nephews.
