View Video TributeMr. Michael Shane Hubbell, 39, died Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at his residence on Campbellsville Road in the Lynnville Community. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Ed Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The Maury County native was the son of the late Charles Michael "Mike" Hubbell and Margaret Adelle Davis Hubbell. Shane enjoyed dirt track racing, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his children, Stephanie Hubbell, Scott Hubbell both of Pulaski, Wess Hubbell of Columbia; brother, Brian (Sheila) Hubbell of Columbia; paternal grandparents, Charles & Dorothy Underwood Hubbell of Culleoka; half-sisters, Angela Hubbell and Barbara Ogden both of Oklahoma; step-mother, Evonne Hubbell of Oklahoma; his uncle, Jerry (Janet) Hubbell; cousins, Jason Hubbell and Jennifer Wood; special friend Wayne Helton; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his infant twin children, Clay and Shay Hubbell. Active pallbearers will be Jerry Hubbell, Greg Wood, Jason Hubbell, Dwight Hines, Wayne Helton, Steve Riggins, Tony Henson and Chucky Hines. Honorary pallbearers include his friends from Thunderhill Race Track.
