Shirley Ann Zak, 69, former Vice President of Operations of United Pool Distribution, Inc. in Grove City, Ohio, died Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Select Specialty in Nashville. A Funeral Mass will be conducted Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 12:30 P.M. at Church of Nativity with Father Jerry Strange officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 11:30 A.M. until service time at the church. The family will visit with friends Friday, January 28, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. -8:00 P.M. and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. Born November 1, 1952 in Cook County, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late John Zak and the late Emily Kukla Zak. She earned her Master’s degree from Dominican University in River Forrest, Illinois. Miss Zak was a member of the Catholic church. Survivors include her brother, Robert (Lynn) Zak of Thompson’s Station; nieces, Amanda (Kevin) O’Connell of Olive Branch, Mississippi; Sarah Zak of Thompson’s Station; and great nieces and nephews, Aiden O’Connell, Nolan O’Connell, Alexis Holloway, and Taylor Holloway.
