View Video Tribute View Funeral Webcast Shirley Elaine Fox (Hanvy), 58, resident of McKnight Road in Culleoka, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Baptist Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 12:00 noon at Oakes & Nichols with James Dickey, minister of the church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy my sent to the family online at oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Thomas Homer Fox and the late Margie May Lewis Brown. She was formerly employed with GE/Fedders as a Supervisor and most recently was employed by the The Puffy Muffin in Brentwood. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Hanvy Bourland of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Elaina McMinnis of Mt. Pleasant, Savannah Bourland and Ramsey Bourland both of Lewisburg; great-grandson, Malachi McMinnis of Mt. Pleasant; brothers, Dwight Fox of Lewisburg, Troy Brown of Culleoka, Jeff Fox of Columbia; sister, Denise Fox of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews including, Amanda Fox and Isaac Brown. Family members will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include Baptist Hospital Emergency and ICU Department employees and co-workers at The Puffy Muffin.
