Stanley Lewis Valdes

Stanley Lewis Valdes, 85, retired employee of TDOT and resident of White House, died Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at NHC Place Cool Springs. A private graveside service will be conducted at Lasting Hope Cemetery. Born February 28, 1938 in Davidson County, he was the son of the late Milton Lewis Valdes and the late Martha Eubank Valdes. He married Patricia Vernice Hutcherson Valdes who preceded him in death August 11, 2022. He enjoyed Vanderbilt football, Yankees baseball, watching movies, and music. Survivors include his son, Jeff (Cindy) Valdes; daughter, Sharon “Sissy” (Wesley) Hitt; and grandchildren, Hunter (Cyan) Valdes, Emily Valdes, Hayden Hitt, and Mason Hitt. Mr. Valdes family will serve as pallbearers.
