View Video Tribute Stephanie Lynn Hill Phillips, 37, died Friday, April 6, 2012 at her residence in Lavergne. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Toney Lee Hill, IV officiating. Burial will follow in Morton Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Avenue Nashville, TN 37203. Survivors include her husband, James Edward Phillips of Lavergne; daughters, Angel Phillips and Jasmine Phillips of Adairsville, Kentucky, Januarie Blanchard of Salem, Missouri, Savannah Mitchell, Malinda Phillips, and Deni Phillips of Lavergne; son, Joshua Blanchard of Salem, Missouri; her mother, Mary Brubeck Peeler of White Bluff; foster mother, Connie Mincho of Salem, Missouri; grandchildren, Aiden Rangel and Olivia Rangel; sisters, Stacey Hill and Jamie Jones; brothers, Toney Lee Hill, IV and Jason Hill. She was preceded in death by her father, Toney Lee Hill, III.
