Mrs. Sue Clay Anthony Eaves, 87, resident of Stillcorn Ridge Road, died Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center. A graveside service for Mrs. Eaves will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Crestview Funeral Home Memory Gardens in Gallatin with Dr. J. Dale Kennedy officiating. Oakes & Nichols is assisting the family with arrangements. The Sumner County native was the daughter of the late James William Anthony and Gertrude Haynes Anthony. On April 20, 1946 she married Randall H. Eaves who preceded her in death on December 6, 2007. Mrs. Eaves was a member of First United Methodist Church of Lewisburg. Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca Sue Eaves (J. Dale) Kennedy of Athens, Pamela Kay Eaves (Louis E.) Holloway of Columbia; grandchildren, Jennifer Ann Kennedy (Trey) Coggins of Atlanta, Georgia, Johnathan Clay (Emily) Kennedy of Murfreesboro, Louis Chadwick Holloway of Warner Robins, Georgia, Benjamin Randall (Sarah) Kennedy of Athens, Andrew Kyle Holloway of Columbia; Maranda Irene Holloway (Christopher) Bastain of Clovis, New Mexico; and great grandchildren, Harrison Thomas Coggins and Marshall Watson Coggins both of Atlanta, GA and Penelope Kay Bastain and Elliot Edward Bastain both of Clovis, NM. She was preceded in death by a brother, Campbell Mann Anthony and sisters, Martha Ellen Anthony Hackett, Ione Ford Anthony Chambers and Mildred Haynes Anthony. Pallbearers will be Dale Kennedy, Louis Holloway, Clay Kennedy, Chad Holloway, Benjamin Kennedy and Kyle Holloway.
