Terry Wayne Peay, 53, former thirteen year employee of Alley-Cassetty Brick & Block and resident of Old Highway 99, died Monday, December 28, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Robertson officiating. Inurnment will follow in Rock Springs Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. He was a 1980 graduate of Columbia Central High School. Mr. Peay enjoyed farming and caring for his cattle. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, Tennessee Titans, and UT football. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by sister, Lisa Peay (Tom) Gordon of Centerville; children, Brandy (Graham) Frazier and Erika (Rodney) Isaacs, both of Gallatin; and Alishia Coates of Portland; six grandchildren; several aunts and uncles; very devoted and special friend, Janet Peay of Little Lot; and very dear friend, Doris Murphy of Spring Hill.
