Vickie Lynn Lewis Mantooth

Vickie Lynn Lewis Mantooth passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Ascension St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville. Vickie was born July 23, 1963 and adopted by Virgil and Johnsie Lewis. She grew up in Lynnville, Tennessee where she graduated from Richland High School in 1981. She also attended Columbia State College. After living and working in Nashville for Several years Vickie met and married Greg Mantooth in Birmingham, Alabama in 1991. They returned to Lynnville in 1994 to raise their family. Vickie is survived by her husband Greg; four children, Jacob (Tiffany) Mantooth, Molly Mantooth, Samantha Jo Mantooth, and Benjamin (Tenille) Mantooth; grandchildren, Taylor Mantooth, Noa Wallace, Jack, Colin, and Millie Mantooth and Willow Liles; mother, Johnsie Lewis; brother, Brent (Kristi) Lewis. She was preceded in death by her brother, Russell Lewis and her father, Virgil Lewis. A graveside service will be held Sunday, July 18 at 4:00 p.m. at Lynnwood Cemetery in Lynnville.
