William Eric Snedegar

William Eric Snedegar, 53, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at his residence on Country Club Lane. Private graveside services will be conducted at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. David McGregor officiating. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. The Maury County native was the son of Martha Bryant Snedegar of Columbia and the late Robert Sherman Snedegar. He was a 1974 graduate of Columbia Central High School. Mr. Snedegar was formerly employed by Campbell & Due and Damron & Sons construction companies. Survivors in addition to his mother are several aunts including Imogene Holt of Columbia; nieces and nephews, Traci Snedegar, Jody Snedegar, Robby Snedegar all of Columbia; great nephews, Trayston Davis and Tony Pope; and several cousins including Mike (Donna) McDonald, Jimmy Bryant and Dwight Holt. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Scotty and Missy Cook Snedegar; cousin, Susan McCoy; aunt, June McDonald; and uncle, Benny Bryant, Sr.
