Mr. Willis Graham Duff, 88, died Monday, April 28, 2014 at his residence on Gettysburg Lane. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery with W.L. Culberson officiating. Military honors will be provided by Herbert Griffin American Legion Post 19. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols. The family suggests memorials to K.D.'s Hope, 106 Wellesley Place, Columbia, TN 38401 in support of local women fighting breast cancer. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com. A native of Saltville in Washington County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Archie Duff and Leona Shepard Duff. On June 8, 1945 he married Mildred Opal McNew Duff who preceded him in death October 20, 2011. Mr. Duff served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired as manager of Save-A-Lot. Survivors include his son, Lee (Kim) Duff of Columbia; grandchildren, Natalie Carroll of Knoxville, Adison (Mary Beth) Duff of Murfreesboro; great-grandchild, Cora Duff of Murfreesboro; and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
